I am delighted to share with you that I will be teaching a meditation class at the lovely Amore café in Westhoughton, Bolton on Saturday 29th March 10.30am - 11.30am.

Meditation deeply changed my life, and I am excited and honoured to embrace the opportunity to share and encourage this precious skill with you, and to hold a safe and loving space as we practise together.

Here is an hour's container to choose to turn the focus away from the constant distractions of the outside world and the relentless chatter of the mind, and to mindfully and empoweringly choose to connect to the stillness within. In the stillness lies the magic, where we uncover our true selves and our connection to something much greater and more meaningful.

Much scientific evidence suggests that meditation helps to reduce stress and anxiety, boost concentration and creativity, strengthen the immune system and physical body, and enhance peace, wellbeing and spiritual expansion.

Meditating as part of a group can be a very powerful and supportive experience, and help to boost your solitary practice.

The teaching in this class will be simple, easy-to-learn meditation practices, mostly rooted in Buddhist tradition, that are accessible and open to all - of all levels, faiths/religions, ages etc.
